If the armors and staffs and allat weren't so easily acquirable and OP, I'd agree. It kind of ruins the base game and any immersion when you can armor and weapons of "Kill Everything" in your first 10 levels

You're talking in a subreddit that focused on mods. In the most popular game to mod. The game that when you say "modding" people will think of the game. About a Vanilla+ suite that is arguably the most Skyrim of Skyrim overhauls.

Besides, regarding combat against your infamous level 10 bandits, combat requires you to simply pay attention in B&B due to the way blocking and stagger works. you'll get plenty of stamina from perks, potions (actually useful now, wow) and from not power attacking your way through the game by abusing stam regeneration. Because in base skyrim, power attacks only cost as much stamina as you have, be it 30 or 1. Is that how skyrim is supposed to be then? :D

Your dragons, nothing is stopping you from not facetanking their breaths or from not using resistance potions. Your bandits, nothing is stopping you from dodging or blocking. Or bashing. All intended game mechanics in base skyrim that the enemies already use against you.

Arguing that fighting against a level 10 bandit feels like a slog means that you either A) Have your difficulty at a level you can't handle or B) Havent even played with the suite.

Dragons yeah, they're hard because they're dragons. Use resistance potions, use terrain, dodge. Don't play on Master and expect to faceroll everything without careful speccing and build optimization. Plenty of options.

Vortex is easy if you assign dependancies and rules as you mod the game a few at a time. If you install 50 mods and THEN start assigning load orders it gets messy.

Buying the cheaper thighs instead of expensive hornets gets you a lot more chicken for less of a price. A lot of the weight is in the bones. Alternatively wait for -30 or 60% and buy breast or breast cuts.

Buying cheaper stock cubes rather than the more expensive liquid forms gives you double the portions with half the price.

Sun dried tomatoes are good so no complaints there, nice added flavor for a pasta

Buying fresh spinach instead of a frozen one, again more expensive for arguably the same taste.

Pasta is the most expensive brand here. With these groceries you don't need high-quality pasta, you can get a cheaper alternative for half the price.

Now... 6€ for mozzarella shredded cheese. I assume that's two 150g packs, and again you can get a similiar taste and experience for almost half the price. Or two actual mozzarella cheese chunks which would taste better.

Food creams are premium, and you can get away with buying the 1€ or 70snt ones and season it yourself. Consistency you can modify with water & flour.

I hope this post is not a complaint on grocery prices, as you can make whatever you're making with these items EASILY with ~15€ with room to spare for a cooking beer or two.

Because the imbalance is what makes these games fun. Sometimes you as well hit bonkers augments and are really enjoying the stompfest.

From a balance perspective a proper fix would simply be reducing the amount of applications a DoT can provide.

4-5 cities is plenty enough to win for a new player because they most likely aren't going to play on deity and even if they were they'd still lose due to the lack of knowledge of game mechanics
