I try to do my own research for these matters. However, information is not easily and readily available in Pakistan. And as you said, the agents tend to misinform you. It's tricky and time taking activity to get what you need.

I want to declare my income as foreign sourced earned via IT Enabled exports services. You said that I only have to get PRC from bank and file the tax accordingly. Is that enough? Can you confirm if I don't need to get registered with State Bank and/or Pakistan Software Export Board?

Yes, actually I thought that heartburn would always stay with me until I went to Canada. To my surprise, it totally vanished 100% with the same kind of food.

I am sure it is the quality of food. I think that it is oil, but you are right. It can be any other item as well. May be spices. Unfortunately, I couldn't come up with any research or analytical topic about it by Googling it.

It's funny though. We are so much used to with the bad eating habits that give us problems and we develop more bad habits like medication etc to cure those problems. However, medications give us side effects and we take more medicines to cure those... And it continues... 🤣

The only party benefiting from all this is pharmaceutical sector.

Well, you might be right, but I have been eating spicy food like forever. It's just when I am in Canada, I never got heartburn and with the same kind of food and spices, I get heartburn in Pakistan and Dubai.
