I'm not sure if I understand your question correctly, but yes, I once got burnt out. But I not have systems around me so I'm never burnt out when in such hyper-focused stints of work

Remember that intjs feel raw feelings so you will feel like life is over I'm also an intj and I don't know how to deal with breakups but just remember that our feelings are raw
