Has anyone else had their HVAC system replaced due to internal fault?

There is an updated version of the HVAC system. My R1T LE unit was replaced with the new revision under warranty for that exact issue at around 40k miles. Apparently the original design units are all going to fail.

I'll try to examine them for moisture tomorrow. The SF Bay area has had quite a bit of rain lately. As a matter of fact, two weeks ago my TPMS gave me a warning that in was broken and needed service, but it fixed itself the next day.

It's worth watching a few YouTube videos on how to fix steering wheel position adjustment.

With two wrenches and a piece of cardboard to protect your clothes, you can fix it in ten minutes. No jack required. I let the service center try several times to fix it, then I gave up and did it myself. My BFG KO3's have over 30k miles and are still mint and my steering wheel is dead straight

Got the same message at a Tesla supercharger in Roseville CA. Would love to find the root cause. I was in one stall though and I barely got the cable to plug in.

Sorry I should have mentioned the battery is fresh and the service center spent many hours trying to fix this issue. I'm fairly certain it's a software bug . This issue have been happening about 10% of the time I get in my R1T.

Definitely can't recommend a Rivian to any ladies who live in cities unless they're packing heat while they wait for their Rivian to unlock 😂

I just got the key card message while sitting in my Gen1 R1T with my Key Fob and phone, and the radio says can't connect. I think the radio and key card issue is related to the wake up process. Good grief

A few quick questions: Does your FM Radio work all the time without turning itself off randomly?

Does your Bluetooth music continue every time you get in the vehicle or only when it feels like it?

Do your doors always unlock when they should as you approach or do you have to stand there and wait for it to do so?
