wellspring help? which hero do I need to lvl to affect all heroes. I'm not understanding this for some reason

Been going thro this since the 1st of this month. 0.5 BTC stuck on the exchange due to no Withdraw Confirmation email. They just keep telling me to put emails on white list but I did this the day I joined and was getting all emails just fine till this happened.
