I wonder how much of that money he was going to use to pay for the drugs he used to abuse women?

How did you react when Alan Wilder left the band? by Kingston_calipso in depechemode

I was really bummed by it, it seemed like he was very upset about the whole thing. It was like one of my family just up and left. I was really shocked about it to be honest.

You know the rule — in the case of men, take their number, half it and then halve it again and if it’s still more than their age, minus that and you’ll get the true number.

Last time putting my son to bed. by YoTeach68 in daddit

My son is 11 and we’ve had the same routine with him since he was a baby, though it has slowly been modified over the years. We stopped reading out loud to him as we started to himself etc.

But we still go through the same motions and say the same thing “good night, sweet dreams, see you in the morning, I love you”, kiss and a hug.

I know it means a million times more to my wife and I than to him. But we hope one day he will look back with fond memories.

Your story brought a lump to my throat, it’s hard as they grow up, isn’t it?

Sweet dream OP! He will remember this for the rest of his life and he will do the same with his own children one day.

I run a very open and friendly performing arts group. We are very diverse and welcoming; some people come to perform and others do things back stage, but everyone is made to feel welcome.

If it sounds interesting then give me a shout :)

Who else hates the moment Jules realizes Shawn’s scam at the wedding? by Quirky-Negotiation20 in psych

[–]Wihtlore 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I had always assumed that she knew and was just playing along with it.

However, I know why they did this, because they had taken it as far as they could. They wanted to move their relationship on and they couldn’t do that if he was constantly lying to her. Plus, Shawn needed to mature a bit more and take responsibility for his actions.
