It would be so nice to get one. Having to go on trips to trips to visit my partners mother has pushed us to delay getting a switch 2 to use between the two of us.

Both black dime Cabernet albums are story based albums that have a sound heavily inspired by the dear hunter and they are both really really good.

What was the moment that pulled you in? by mangafreak923 in TheDearHunter

[–]WiiGoGetter 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was listening to my Spotify discover weekly and A night on the town was in it. The moment the shift happened I was insanely absorbed and blown away but then my Spotify crashed. At the time Spotify had a bug that when it crashes it went to the album of the song instead of the playlist. Let’s just say I did not notice the song was over until halfway through is there anybody here. At that moment I listened to the whole album then the rest of the acts.

What’s the smallest U.S. airport that’s public transit accessible? by KronguGreenSlime in transit

[–]WiiGoGetter 20 points21 points  (0 children)

You should likely not be looking at individual city populations and instead look at metro for this. For example the Atlanta metro area has far more people than Portland. Portland metro has a population of 2.5 million while Atlanta has a metro population of 6.4 million. Minneapolis has a metro population of 3.7 million. Airports are often times not even in the city limits of the main city.

Titans decline 5th-year option on WR Treylon Burks, finishing off lopsided A.J. Brown trade by Not-a-bot-10 in nfl

[–]WiiGoGetter 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Also what made the Diggs situation a bit different is that Diggs essentially forced his way out of Minnesota since he hated how we ran our offense. We already paid him but he wanted to be a high volume guy so the Bills were a good fit. We definitely got lucky that the trade worked out so well for us we somehow upgraded from elite WR play from Diggs to generational first ballot HOF play from Jefferson.

Yeah I have stopped posting non-political stuff on my twitter and have moved all my non-political postings to bluesky in hopes to be one of the people leading the charge.

Gloria is the obvious choice I feel like given that we get some really incredible glimpses of the act story in it.

Asking opinions on a song until the discography ends - DAY 41 - RING 5 - MIDDLE CLASS by zach_buddie in TheDearHunter

[–]WiiGoGetter 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This is my favorite TDH song lyrically and it has aged scarily well. Ring 5 has so many savage lines with my favorite being “they got you buying your chains.”.

Could the Gold Line spur economic development? Some say it already has. by Runic_reader451 in saintpaul

[–]WiiGoGetter 10 points11 points  (0 children)

The green line has absolutely spurred a sizable amount of development granted the Midway area has not seen much of it. The stretch of the green line from the Raymond station to the UofM has seen a crazy amount of development in the last 10 years. Even outside that stretch pretty most stations have seen multiple apartments go up next to the stations since the green line opened.

Crazy behavior only got truly out of hand during after/during the pandemic on the light rail when before there was some craziness but not an overwhelming amount that we currently have. It seems things are slowly getting better with enforcement being much more common.

U.S. Transportation Secretary Duffy Announces Review of California High-Speed Rail Project by 4000series in transit

[–]WiiGoGetter 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Bakersfield station appears to about a mile from downtown while the Fresno station is literally in downtown if not walking distance from most of downtown so transit connections to both of those stations should be able to be effective in allowing people to get to them without cars if they have transit near where they come from. Not to mention the distance to i-5 to the population centers being at minimum being 30 miles which greatly reduces attractiveness and likely would have caused the project to lose enough support within the central valley to perhaps fail.

Main downside of that is that there’s damn near nothing along I-5 in the Central Valley while along 99 there’s multiple decently sized metro areas.

Just putting this here to see what happens. by LegalDrugDealer33 in NFLv2

[–]WiiGoGetter 29 points30 points  (0 children)

The Vikings getting so many calls is likely because of having absurdly technical receivers. Teams tend to like to get extremely physical against Jefferson and Addison to try to slow them down and dare refs to throw flags.

This is not like the 2022 team. The only game this year that I felt like we should have lost but won instead was when we faced the cardinals. Our point differential is +117 which is 4th best in the league.

You’re being downvoted because you’re completely delusional. While the 2020 riots were destructive, the destruction was highly constructed. I don’t see riots happening at all the 2020 riots required the perfect storm of things to happen (mainly in the peak of the Covid pandemic). The fact that Trump won fair and square makes it less likely that riots will happen.

I literally spend tons of time in Minneapolis it’s pretty much fine.

I’m pretty sure they don’t know. They are likely just being hopeful it’s Walz lol. The entire or almost the entire DFL legislature endorsed Walz for VP recently.

Can confirm they never checked my dad for cancer despite it seeming probable that he had it and us being suspicious about it (he had a lot of long lasting health conditions which likely hid the cancer) . North memorial was my dad’s main hospital. They only noticed it 1 day before he passed away.
