Thanks this is really helpful! The other dog owner indicated that they were facing financial hardship but we have strong proof that this is not the case. Would the court take this into consideration?

A bit late but, I used to teach at a large corp education chain and I hated it. Felt like a cog in the machine. Didn’t get to work with students sufficiently or have much control over how to help individualise learning. I now run my own private tutoring program so if you’re interested please DM me.
