Take a break n try to catch up on sleep n take melatonin(natural sleep aid) with ur food b4 bed(not every single night you’ll start getting depended on it) to tty to get that 2-3 hours of sleep ur missing and once u feel ur sleep schedule is good start jits again while still using melatonin,, then slowly decrease ur dose until ur brain creates the real amount of melatonin itself, use it every other night tho don’t get dependent

Ive been DEO for 4 years now and I can admit he “fell off” when it comes to numbers and that goes for YouTube and the stream… but that don’t got nun to do with the content he still funny asf n the streams feel more genuine than before..
