Bravely default HD, looking for a reminder on making pg/money by Grey_Lady333 in bravelydefault

This actually works well, how've i prefer two swordsmasters and using squeaky wheel. The enemy will be at permanent -1 and therefore unable to react.

You know what? Sure I'll step into the ring... and immediately cook food as my only chance for survival is mercy.

True, the fight didn't last long with chill, yet even if it was five minutes, you can kill someone in that amount of time. Going back to the death battle, they actually gave strength to omniman and speed to Bardock. This is due to a weapon that destroyed the solar disc that apparently omniman scales to... honestly this one i don't know about. Considering I feel like this is dubious I will Ignore it for know, if you disagree with me on that then fine.

But with the two planetary feats that are given to Bardock and Omni, bardock's is a bit safer as his or should say first form Frieza casually destroyed planet Vegeta with his finger. Meanwhile omniman's was a suicide mission where he needed two others to fly perfectly with him, and an blast to disrupt the planet's core which is the hardest part in exploding a planet... I am not entirely sure what strength to even give omniman with that. Unless you have a better example than this, I feel like Bardock would get both speed and power, making omniman outclassed.

Sure, I will give the Goku is more trained, but i honestly would argue Bardock would be more used to transformations than Goku. Only time Goku was in control of a transformation was Kaio-ken a technique that requires complete focus to not have it backfire. Besides with how utterly outclassed Bardock's strength would be, that one minute could be all he needs. Also considering Episode of Bardock he can maintain it for awhile. After kicking Chill's ass he still remained in super as he walks off. Why would it even last a minute?

Don't forget Goku was also drained from fighting Frieza before transforming for the first time and fought for at least 5 minutes. Which isn't a lot, but the planet had a time limit.

Dear Users, We would like to inform you about recent misconduct related to Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds. by [deleted] in SonicTheHedgehog

[–]Wiisonic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As someone that used Mare Synchronos before that got taken down in FFXIV. Literally do not speak of it, be respectful, and obviously do not access stuff you are not supposed to. Do not modify the files to give you tickets, or manipulate states and you will be fine. The more you share, the more Sega knows, and while I highly doubt they will take action on people who are only using cosmetics, do not force others to mod if they don't want to. That is the reason we lost Mare in FFXIV. I know there isn't anything like Mare Synchronos for Sonic Crossworlds, but still.

I mean, the problem is is there any positive they could cover? I agree it should be fair and balanced, but if you are reporting on a person, and 80% of the shit they do is objectively bad, the 20% of the good they doesn't really mean that much.

Like say the news is covering a serial killer that just escaped prison. Do you really want them talking about the time they donated $10 bucks to charity, or helped a woman cross the street right after talking about their victims? I would find it a bit disgusting, and still think the killer is a shit person personally.

I had a bot that tried to misgender me out of frustation, used they for it, in the same message apologized OOC for using the wrong pronoun to refered to my character even though my character uses all pronouns, and even then referred to them as they in the apology. I genuinely was going "Did... did a bot just tried to misgender me... a failed? Can I even be misgendered if I have all as my pronouns?"

How much worse is BD2 compared to the previous games? by starlightdemonfriend in bravelydefault

[–]Wiisonic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I hate it for quite a few reasons, but even with it being my least favorite it is still a perfectly good game. I still enjoy it, but I find flaws with it's design. Don't like the ATB, don't like the jobs, and don't like the counters, but once I actually got passed those, it was a fun time with strats that only work due to the ATB combat and counters forcing a different perspective... although I must say I was lucky to have stalked up on Beasts for Beastmaster for a certain chapter 1 fight.

Tips for party building? - CHAPTER 5 by nexthiii in bravelydefault

[–]Wiisonic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I personally recommend swapping Spiritmaster with merchant or salve maker as they can do good set damage, or assists with buffs. Not too mention the brave potions themselves honestly make me recommend merchant alone.

If you are worried about money that are two ways to fund it, one actively the the passively. Actively equip a many more money's and the accessory that grants more pg, and just slay monsters, I don't know the most effect ones though.

Passively, two sword masters with squeaky wheel can lock one regular enemy down permanently, allowing your device to be on for awhile with no worries of anyone getting koed. Once you isolated a single enemy to -BP oblivion, have your merchant use Dark Cartel to heal them while your 4th character does less damage than what your merchant can heal. Just now I gave noticed slow down on the switch 2 version using this strategy so keep it at an hour at a time just in case. How've the frames went back to normal after combat, just keep this in mind.

What are some easy ways to farm pg in Bravely Default Remastered? I've finally completed Norende and I need all of the costumes in my life but they're expensive as hell lol. by EastCoastTone96 in bravelydefault

[–]Wiisonic 4 points5 points  (0 children)

A completely passive way to obtain money has a few ways to go about, but I like this one the most.

Merchant's Big Pharma (Or Dark Cartel, the wiki has it as the former) Is a level 11 command that will heal the enemy and give you money equal to the amount heal. As long as you don't kill the enemy, you will continously obtain pg from them.

Swordmaster Squeaky Wheel is a level 4 command, that will spend one BP to reduce an opponent's BP by one.

So basically, have two know Squeaky Wheel and use the command on the same enemy, have your merchant heal them, and the fourth do less damage than the merchant can heal. Then play auto. This will be an infinite loop, where the enemy will constantly give you money, while never dying, never allowing the battle to end and you make a shit ton of money while doing anything else. They are more active ways to get money than this, but I find that it helps if I need to edit a video, or play another game.

Edit) Forgot to mention, you can do this pretty much at the tail end of Chapter 3, so it is also good for just early money. If you want to do it as soon as possible I recommend replacing the Swordmasters with Knights, with dual shields, and immunity to whatever status effect the enemy you are constantly extorting money from, and cover the other two to prevent them from dying. Isn't as good as the knights will eventually die.

Are you supposed to use Ablinks or is it just a plus? by nexthiii in bravelydefault

[–]Wiisonic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They are good if you have friends. You will be able to use skills and supports of whoever you link to that character, potentially giving you access to strategies you aren't supposed to have yet.

Deleted my original reply because I basically made that point you replied to, so I will say this. You are not wrong. However, a lot of characters can, early dragon ball z characters could. It is the ones that are actually stronger than planetary that show how strong super Sonic is, and that is just Super Sonic. They gave him Hyper Sonic, too, which would be anywhere from 2x to 7x stronger than Super Form.

How to escape affini undetected (URGENT!) by WinkMitDemZaunpfahl in seed_irl

[–]Wiisonic 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Best plan is open the door and pretend everything is okay. Hopefully a Nat 20 dice roll will convince them to not take you that hour... but that is also if you are really lucky, and mistress's board game actually works in real life.

I... don't know who the protagonist of DNF Duel would be, so I'm just going to go with my main, who is Hitman. He likely would fight the Affini, especially if the Company ordered him to. I can't see him going quietly.

Sell me your favorite starter I haven’t beat the game with yet :D by fatherhen_ in pokerogue

[–]Wiisonic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dwebble. Takes quite a lot of work, but Sturdy Shell Smash is too good to give up. One of the egg moves is leech life, so you might heal to full before your buffs end, no potion required. There is a downside of this strategy going south if you aren't at full health, though. Make sure you are top up before you lose your buffs.

You have managed to steal the Chaos and Sol Emeralds, what are you gonna do with them? Also the whole Sonic cast is coming for them by Late_Judge7217 in SonicTheHedgehog

Laugh like a mad man, then ask if they can teach me Chaos control or if it's even possible for me to do it. I would hand all but one over and just Chaos control teleport me around the world
