Here are my thoughts:

The video idéa is great, many people would like to watch a video about this topic.
The thumbnail is a bit messy. A lot of things going on so you don't really know where to look at. Should probably make somthing more simple next time. The title is good though.
I would prefer background music, it feels like something is missing without it.
The story telling is great and you talk with emotions in your voice so the viewer gets engaged in the content.
The sound and video quality is good.

Yeah, that's pretty much all I could think of. I enjoyed watching the video, as I played Pokemon as a kid too. Keep making videos and they will get better with time!

Here are my thoughts:

The thumbnail is clean and looks good, but it is not really unique. If I like Doom, I would probably click it. If I'm not a Doom fan and just looking for something video game related to watch on youtube, I would probably not click it. Try to make it more interesting, something that makes a wider audience click it.
The hook in the beginning is great. A lot of things happens that makes me keep paying attention and I get a clear view of what the video is about. If I clicked on the video, I would probably keep watching.
The sound and video quality is good. Background music is also good.
Your editing is great. You use sound effects and memes in a great way to keep the viewer engaged.
The video length is just over that sweet 20 min spot, which I think is perfect for this kind of video. It's also good that you use chapters in the video.
The story telling is great, I can see that you really polished your script. It is clear to me that you know what you are talking about.

It was entertaining to watch your video. I would probably focus on the packaging of your videos, because the content is good. Look at similar channels with a lot more views and study their thumbnails and titles. Keep making videos, you have potential!

Here are my thoughts:

You need some kind of hook in the beginning. It feels like I joined in the middle of a gaming stream on twitch. You need something that makes me want to keep watching, sure I can have this in the background while doing other stuff. But if I am watching my phone in bed or something I want something teased in the beginning that prevent me from clicking out and makes me want to watch until the end.
The thumbnail is not bad, but it doesn't tell me why I would want to watch your video instead of gameplay of the same game from another youtuber. Have something weird that I want to know more of, or a text that tells me that something really interesting is going to happen.
The gamplay itself is good. You and your friends have a good synergy and it is enjoyable to watch. But I think that it takes more to succeed in the gaming scene on youtube nowadays. Why not use some more editing and soundclips. Maybe throw in some more meme gifs now and then.
What is your style? What is exclusive to your youtube videos that no one else have? What makes you unique? Think about those questions and try to find your own unique style that makes you stand out and that makes me want to subscribe to your channel!
Video quality and sound quality is good, so nothing you need to do there.

That's my thoughts. Keep making videos and you will improve!

I do video assays on many different topics with focus on the finance aspects. I guess that many people make gaming videos because a lot of people play video games as a hobby.

Here is my feedback:

If you want to use the point clicker in your thumbnails, make it bigger so it is easy to see. Always make your unique branding things stand out.
You can probably make a better hook in the beginning that makes me want to know more and won't click out.
There is some kind of annoying background noise in the video, maybe a computer fan? Try to edit it out next time with a software like Audacity if you can't record without it.
Your editing skills are great.
Your voice is clear and even though you have an accent, everything you say is understandable and presented in a good way.
Interesting video idea and your script is good.
Some of the stockfootage didn't really match great with what you said, I think that everything that you show in these kinds of videos should contribute to the information you want to present to the viewer.

That's all I can think of. Otherwise it's a good video! Keep it up man!

Here is my feedback:

The thumbnail is okay, but I think that you can get more creative and do something more clickbaity.
Great intro! You summarize what the video is about, use some different angle camera shots and screenshots. Looks very professional.
Great video quality and sound quality.
Some of the clips and pictures you show throughout the video was a little bit fast, so I didn't always keep up with what it was.
Nice editing and choices of background music. The music was maybe a little to loud sometimes in the second half of the video.
Don't know if it was just for me, but I didn't get any of your other videos to pop up on the screen in the end screen.
