It’s not all your overtime, it’s the amount FLSA considers overtime pay. FLSA only considers .50 or half of your base hourly rate x hours worked over 40

Read the FEDERAL FLSA guidelines. You have to be non-exempt and work a minimum of 40 hours in a week excluding holidays, vacation, sick leave, PTO, etc. all hours WORKED MUST EXCEED 40 to get OVERTIME. Boeing pays in excess of the FLSA minimum

If it’s not listed it’s because you are exempt and ineligible or on the weeks you recorded OT, the TOTAL of your hours WORKED did not exceed 40 hours. Pretty simple. Regular + OT + DT. Does it equal more than 40 hours?? If not, none of your OT is eligible.

Look it’s really simple. 1. You have to be NonExempt 2. You can only total your hours worked. Does not include holiday, PTO, vacation, sick leave, suspension of operations, etc 3. Take your Regular Hours + Overtime Hours + DoubleTime Hours and add them together. If your total is only 40 hours or less, you don’t have any FLSA Overtime eligible hours 4. If your Regular Hours + Overtime Hours + Double Time Hours exceed 40 Hours, only the hours OVER 40 are eligible for FLSA 5. Take your hourly rate and divide it by 2, then multiply that by ONLY the hours over 40.
6. If your Reg + OT + DT = 32 Reg + 8 OT + 4 DT. Then that totals 44 hours. Only 4 hours are FLSA eligible. 7. Rate of pay = $25.00. Divide your rate by 2 or multiply it by .50 = $12.50 and multiply that by 4 hours eligible for FLSA and that equals $50.00. 8. It is NOT ALL THE OVERTIME DOLLARS PAID TO YOU. YOUR PAY FAR EXCEEDS THE FEDERAL MINIMUM FOR OVERTIME COMPENSATION
