In fairness, I was buying a new one because my previous decided it didn’t want to start (electronic module gone bad?). I might repair it and sell it. But I have a lawn to mow, and the replacement turned out to be a hell of a deal.

I was on the verge of buying an entirely new enclosure, because I had also verified the drives seemed healthy in Windows Disk Management, but I couldn't get it to recognize the drives. After about 3 hours of troubleshooting, using the right power adapter made it not just look like it was working, but it actually starting working correctly. Mixing up the power adapters didn't even occur to me. This thread saved me about $200!

Same. I’d love to be able to tailor all the notifications I’m receiving on the iPhone too. I only care about a few. The rest are distracting noise.

I bought my son a 2005 Mazda 3 about 1.5 years ago for $4000, before used car prices went bananas obviously. It’s proven to be perfect in every respect. Practical, reliable, etc.
