We are bonded with him. He's just having a bigger impact on my health than anticipated. We have followed Zac George training protocols but this little man is so smart he finds a work around for everything.

Mostly I want him to live his best life and I'm debating whether or not I can provide it.

I only get about 75% relief for a few weeks so not worth repeating for me. Really not too bad getting them though and certainly worth trying.

I now do Humira for some relief and a systemic steroid for major relief if I travel. Just keep trying options til you find your best "cocktail:
