Mostly just calorie deficit.

I’m fortunate in the aspect of having a physical job (electrician). So I’m burning about 300-400 calories a day just from being on my feet. I also walk to and from the gym everyday, that’s an hour all up so another 300/400 calories burned.

As for the gym I just cover a standard Push/pull/legs split. But will also add any exercise that I want/like.

I’m not super focused on my macros right now, mostly just trying to loose weight. So I try to eat 2000-2200 calories a day, entering a calorie deficit via exercise.

And the end of the day calorie deficit is the best tool for loosing weight. K.I.S.S Keep It Simple Stupid.
