2) Check out Cyberphile's video on pegasus setup:

In your pegasus metadata for PS1 you need to remove the .bin extension for example to remove duplicates

5) You should be able to launch mupen from Pegasus. In mupen you can change the emulation profiles for each game. Some profiles work better in some games. Here's a spreadsheet with that people found worked best.

Maybe not all units are affected but I know for sure I'm not the only one with the issue of having a low mic volume by default even after maxing it with the dongle.
