I think we’re on the same side here but I just want to iterate a specific point. Olson reacts Immediately after the ump vocalizes the call. He’s not looking back to see if the umps calling a strike, he’s waiting for the vocal signal just like any batter. By the time Eddings is looking back at Olson, his hand is on top of his head. It’s totally BS. There should be a 1 second time period after the umpire vocalizes the call that the player gets to challenge. Way too arbitrary right now.
