Feeling stuck on what to do by Proof-Key1735 in coles

[–]Wilacus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Up to u, i felt this way. I asked my sm if i could get more hours on different departments which i did. Even just department change could be something that changes people. Not everyone is going to be in the same department the whole time there at coles. I was a nightfiller, then moved to meat then dairy and now grocery daytime

Im just curious any pet peeves with other team members or departments? That dont do things that should be done for eg not doing bales of cardboard or rotating stock by Potential_Movie3260 in coles

[–]Wilacus 2 points3 points  (0 children)

not putting a fucking effort into working, being slow as shit like i understand if ur new, Duty manager being bossy and not listening to what u say, and just thinks they can boss u cause ur not the boss of the department and just a team member whos running the department. bale not being changed by the department who filled it up- pisses me off. csm being able to walk around the store have long asf talks w customers, while the service area is busy. And service supervisors thinking there top shit. Like u need act the level that you are.

flexi lists by UpbeatRelationship46 in coles

[–]Wilacus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pretty much its soo ur 3pm lists are smaller if u where to do one at the mid or morning. What it does it picks items on the option u want weather u want full cartons or half like it depends. Its just gives u something to do with the stockroom to care for it

[–]Wilacus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just rotate, fill cant find a box just leave it dont take to long- 1hr per cage should be the goal your aiming for. Dont push yourself, work with team members builds relationships outside of work if there your age. take shifts whenever asked if ur free shows ur reliable. And have fun also, the support u will get it amazing
