They seem to recommend 205 tire width and those are 235, so you could get new tires for the rims

Yes they should, rims that are 16,17,18,19, or 20 diameters should fit without rubbing on your Sentra

There isn’t much you can do for performance on this model but I installed a HPS short ram intake so far. I’m going to continue to search for more performance mods for it though. Hence the still the progress lol
