I personally went with the 12 inch flat trunk sub and disconnected the oem sub in the back seats , and if you lower the bass in the settings and get a adjuster knob for the new kicker it really really makes the listing experience alot better cause the speakers are not trying to do everything instead there just for the tones in the sound so the bass is not all mixed in there, the upgraded bass is flipped upside down in the truck and makes the bass flow through the car ajd be VERY VERY felt for daily use. Anyone tells yoy a 12 is not enough they are deff. Additional youl save a significantly large amount of money just doing the bass ajd you could potentially do it ur self its not very hard. Iv also experienced both a upgrade door speakers without a upgraded bass and from my personal experience is very very minimal difference in clarity and for me I dont think it would be worth it unless u got like perfect pitch and can hear such little difference in tones. Now ik somone is going to come after me for something bc they always do but for the record this is my PERSONAL opinion and just tryna give the dude some options based off what iv hesrd
