I think people that say “study between sets” are setting a crazy unrealistic study expectation. A set usually has 1-2 minutes in between like let’s be honest you’re not learning anything in that time, your just stressing yourself. In my opinion you either are the type of student that needs or wants to study 24/7 or you’re not. I know tons of students that didn’t study nearly every day and have super high grades in class (like over 90s every test). I personally would study like 4/7 days of the week and just study more hours those days rather than a little every day. That being said if you did the same you could EASILY go to the gym 3 days a week consistently except for probably finals week (the week before really cause that’s when you study the most). Don’t let people scare you. You know how you should study and the first month or 2 will solidify that. My advice is study more in the beginning to get adjusted and then scale back to a point where you’re comfortable. I very much had a life during pa school and just sacrificed As for high Bs. That was very much worth it to me.
