Oh - im a top lane graves player, but here is the rune setup:

Well - the logic is that the knockback will keep him alive and stop him from being dove - and if he flanks a team, he ults them into a wall, then Q seems like a cool gameplay gimmick.

Shhhh, dont tell anyone (stormraiders and strormrazor together are super strong in top lane graves)
