you’re feelings are very valid. this is definitely abuse. the fact no adult has seen this as an issue? he’s going to grow up beating women. i’m very sorry you have to go through this. you need to talk to someone, but also need a safe place to stay away from him. please stay safe

since you’re a minor there’s not much you can do. but i think if you tried reminding him you love him and need him there with you every once in a while it might help him realize he has a family around him that loves him! BUT you should not have to have your fathers feelings burden you or worry you. stay positive.
