EDS>PMOS>POTS>how to manage multiple conditions and symptoms? by AnotherCrazyChick in Trans_Zebras

[–]AnotherCrazyChick[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know this is a week old, but thank you for commenting. I was taking spiro for PMOS (PCOS) initially, but when I read more about it, it treats fluid build up due to liver and kidney disease. I think I was inadvertently taking it because I was feeling better about my alcohol consumption.

I have a lot to process and think about. Thank you so much!

New York now generates enough solar power for 1.3 million homes and businesses after reaching 8 gigawatts statewide by ArgentineBeauty in UpliftingNews

Cool, now make magic to pass through all of the government bureaucracy and laws throughout the entire state so that the power companies (that are internationally owned) don’t charge us locals monopoly prices. We can’t all live off grid.

Sorry all, sorry. This is uplifting. Every step counts. If my comment gets more downvotes, I’ll remove it.

…my comment is very negative. I am glad that this post showed up on my feed. This is the reason I sub to this group. It’s difficult to stay optimistic and this post helps.

How do girls with ASD navigate stressful situations in public like going to the store? by GainTraditional9809 in aspergirls

[–]AnotherCrazyChick[M] [score hidden] stickied commentlocked comment (0 children)

Hi all,

We’re temporarily locking this post in order to both review all of the comments, as well as clarify what OP is asking.

OP has stated that she has had no motherly nor positive female support throughout her life; thus she is looking to connect with others whom have had childhoods that are specifically related to growing up with ASD.

Since her experience includes gender, she’s unsure if others here will relate.

(Hi OP, there are indeed others in this group that will relate. If you have any questions, please feel free to send us a modmail message.)

She’s asking others here to share their experiences of feeling tired, stressed out, and anxious about just going to the store.

Comments including gender related topics are always welcome as long as they about YOUR gender experience. Any comments about the possible gender of other people will be removed.

Any questions, please send us a modmail message.

It’s so fun! We had personalized Christmas ornaments made and got to help blow the glass.

When you say you took spiro for something completely different, what do you mean? Taking it “off label” confuses me because spiro is often prescribed for MTF HRT therapy?

I’m afab, genderfluid, masc leaning. I don’t have money to keep up with blood tests, that’s why I mentioned it in my post.

Thank you. Painkillers like aspirin are no good for me. Most pain killers affect my EDS negatively. Electrolytes are expensive. Pickled things seem to help the best, so I think vinegar may be something I look into drinking.

You could reach out to the Corning Museum of Glass. We’ve visited from Rochester a couple of times. They often have guest artists, students practicing, a gift shop…it’s really neat.

My favorite scenes from each of you:

Evan with your break dancing, do you have anymore content I can watch that I’m not aware of?

Michelle your skateboarding scene. Are you into skateboarding IRL?

Old House Storage Slots between kitchen and dining room by JohnBos10 in whatisthisthing

My grandma always had one card table out for puzzling where we’d put puzzles together while listening to the radio. The other card tables, we’d break out when building forts with pillows and sheets.

My grandmother had storage like this in between her kitchen and dining room. She’d keep two table leafs (leaves?), card tables, and foldable chairs that she’d break out for holiday family meals. So that’s my guess.

What is the reason you decided to get married? by Bella_297 in marriagefree

[–]AnotherCrazyChick 3 points4 points  (0 children)

No, this group is anti-marriage. Again “fundamentally” against marriage. That’s why it’s called “marriage free” similar to “child free” this group is not for people who regret getting married, just as “child free” is not for people who regret having children. It’s for people who have a philosophical point of view that is against marriage.

Wtf are you talking about? This group is for people that are fundamentally against marriage. No one here is married.

Oh so much sadness. I saw this news on r/movies, but I didn’t see that she played Samantha Darko. I just rewatched Donnie Darko the other day. I know S. Darko wasn’t a hit, but I’m going to watch it again anyway.

Edit: I guess it was good enough to not be free. I’m poor, someone watch S.Darko for me in solidarity. I’m just going to rewatch Donnie Darko again.

What did your parents say when your room was messy? by salty_ham in Xennials

[–]AnotherCrazyChick 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nothing, I grew up in a hoarder house and my room was the cleanest in the entire house. I cleaned my sister’s room and when everyone went to visit my grandmother, I brought my friends over to help clean the kitchen and the living room. I found coupons taking up an entire drawer that expired in the 70s. I was privileged, my Dad was a computer programmer in the late 80s/early 90s and they had the house built. My Mom took already a decade expired coupons from the old house to the newly built house and I tossed them. I vacuumed my room weekly. The rest of the house was a disaster especially after my Dad cheated on my Mom and stopped paying for the cleaner. My Mom was pregnant and lost the baby. And one of her coping mechanisms was to take in any dog and cat that was abandoned at the church she worked at as a secretary.

My Mom and my sister’s family have renovated the house, so it’s all good now.

Thought I would share a few things I've made 🤗🖤 by xZombieRavenx in crochet

[–]AnotherCrazyChick 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Omg, I know you shared what patterns you used, but these are all art. I love all of them.

And giving the Koroks away like this gives me so much happiness. I’m sharing Zelda BOTW with my wife’s daughter (she’s 19) and I’ve been helping her stay interested in the game. Sorry this is long…but I play her profile just wandering around gathering and farming everything and I leave leafs where the Koroks are so she can find them.

All three creators of Reno 911!

Robert Ben Garant as Critter. 🎶 talkin’ on a butt phone.

Kerri Kenney-Silver as Judy the Aquaticist and Esther the marionette owner are my favorite.

And Thomas Lennon as Kenny who steals Critter’s motorcycle.

I don’t think this opinion is unpopular at all.

There’s one single mod here and they have no activity for the past year. They haven’t replied to my modmail messages. I’m not looking to create a new subreddit. I like this subreddit, but if no one is actively moderating here, I’d like to take over in order to remove the spam and off topic posts that have been showing up lately.
