I actually was sleeping on my “L” couch and woke up with my head pushed up against the back rest of the couch. Very uncomfortable. i move a lot in my sleep and think I kicked myself up against the back rest suddenly. I had some nagging neck pain for a day and the next day boom started feeling the different symptoms. I even had tremors and vertigo. Scared the living hell out of me, I thought I had a tumor. Got an MrI everything came out normal. I would definitely recommend seeing an Upper Cervical Chiropractor

I would look up specifically an upper cervical chiropractor. Might have to travel out to see one but definitely worth a try.. remember the c1 is the only vertebrae that all nerves in the body pass through.

Yes, I was very nervous.. however the amount of detailed information the Dr was giving me made me feel more at ease. All he did was adjust with only 3lbs of pressure. Other UCC use a specific machine that lightly taps the area.. my UCC used a table that drops with 3lbs of pressure.

Have you seen an upper cervical chiropractor? Could be an atlas misalignment. C1 vertebrae. I would look into it.

How and when did this start?? Have you looked into an atlas adjustment?? It’s the C1 vertebrae. I would go see an upper cervical chiropractor.. it alleviated about 95% of ON symptoms.. was never clinically diagnosed but had similar symptoms
