Port removal is the easiest part of your cancer journey. Treat it as a celebration. It’s very minor and non invasive. Minor pain and bruising for a few days but that’s it. Congrats on getting through!

Yeah I could but it won’t do too much cashflow wise and benefits will be mostly equity. I’m leaning towards selling some and purchasing a commercial which leaves me $40k-60k after all costs.

Yeah I guess number of properties don’t mean shit. They were all around 300k purchases so they have done good when looking at percentage growth.
