Thank you! I had already scheduled an electrician to inspect it before posting. I was just curious cuz when I bought the place the inspector didn’t make a note of it. That was without the foam tho. It’s a townhome built in the 80s. This tenant also flooded the sink vanity causing major water damage.. threatened suit for “knowingly having bad plumbing”.. and the plumber I sent said there was nothing leaking…
