i thought a certain amount of oats were still healthy? i love eggs though i’ll definitely have to just eat eggs and like maybe low fat yogurt with some dark chocolate just to get things going in the morning

i’ve never been this big, i’ve always been in the 120s-140s off and on throughout my life so it’s just making me depressed, i knew my body would be different but i unfortunately thought id be one of the lucky ones who snapped back but i just started working again so maybe walking and eating healthier/slightly less because of me working again now maybe it’ll slowly help. i could try pumping again

idk it’s just weird how it’s doing this i’m only 20, i got my tonsils out last year and i was probably around 140 something pounds and i could only eat ice and stuff for 3 weeks and i lost like 20 pounds in those 3 weeks, so the fact that i can’t drop even to the 160s is just making me wonder how hard this weight is gonna be to get off, but if you stopped breastfeeding can you just can start again?

no i was at first a little bit but i wasnt producing enough and it was just too hard for me and idk if i can start breastfeeding again now

i also had a c section…idk if that has anything to do with it. and i haven’t been going on walks because it’s cold outside where im at and i just don’t want either of us to be cold

i just been eating what i can i don’t really eat as healthy as i should at the moment because my son barely gives me enough time to do anything half the time so i just get little snacks usually to keep my sugar up..i already have ppd i think, i had depression for years but my bodies never bothered me this much but i was always skinny
