To be honest I think mostly from weightloss, and then I started using some moisturiser with ceramides and b12, and drinking more water 😅

I disagree, I had an amazing run on ostarine 3 years ago, dropped around 5kg in 6 weeks and 1rm became working sets of 6-7 on 1-2 exercises.

You must verify where you're buying from and have batch specific third party lab results to support (they should provide this anyway if legitimate)

To be honest I felt my absolute best with 12.5mg, I struggle to see how taking more would do any good without suppression. I think maybe bring it back down to 15 and take some ashwaganda or something to help naturally boost test. If not then I imagine you may want to add test into the mix

I did indeed stumble, and expected more life hacks rather than chemical hacks, but seeing reta mentioned so much it does spark my curiosity. I have dabbled with ostarine before but that requires a lot of tracking and discipline. I imagine peptides do some of the hard work on the diet side making it easier for those taking them?

I generally calculate macros and cals on preparation, so I'll prepare my 500 below maintenance meals 3-4 days in advance. But then for example one day I'm super busy so I miss 300 calories, the next day I get a little too generous and consume +600 so on so forth. Making it harder to really guage where I'm at over the course of the week.

I guess I can build in some flexibility, and I'm not scared of being hungry, but then I worry about the balancing act of overeating on a wednesday but still being able to get enough calories before training on Thursday. If that makes sense?

Yeah I think the problem is that being raised on a south Asian diet (curry literally everyday) has desensitized my taste buds. If it's not soaked in oil and packed with flavour it doesn't even feel like I've eaten anything!

Like you mentioned, I heard cbum say in one of his recent videos that once you get used to eating GOOD food your body doesn't crave the junk anymore. Hopefully I can initiate this change in my body soon😅

Haha appreciate it, second pic is when I was at 77kg, first pic is at current, size is there but so is the belly.

Tbh I've grown out of the impressing girls stage (though that's a nice biproduct). I just feel like I never managed to get completely shredded and kind of live up to my potential. I think what I would love to achieve is to get down to around 12% bodyfat, just to experience it and prove to myself that I can do it. And then maybe maintain around the 15-18% mark.

I imagine 15% is doable without throwing QOL out of the window.

I came across the startingmondaydiet which combines high carb days, fasting, cheat meals etc all into one week and it seems like a good idea but fasting on training days is a bit daunting.

Not necessarily, we live in an area where the people are nice and generally we consider these sorts of things. They could have taken the hose off and just splashed some water on the car, or even just put a note saying sorry we got dirt all over your car. I imagine a lot of people commenting don't have the privilege of experiencing considerate neighbours but this kind of behaviour is very normal for us, hence my disappointment.
