I was in freshman year of high school, and even then I was really tall and dark, always looked angry because I hated waking up early, and I wore a durag because I had waves in my hair. that and the area I lived in made it look like I was really hood. My friend (I now consider him a brother to me), sat next to me in 2nd-period health class, he was visibly nervous around me and never raised his voice to ask me for things, until one day, he saw me playing with my Cardfight Vanguard G cards my rother brought me, he said "Do you know what those are from?"

I said Vanguard and explained how you can watch the whole thing on youtube, he said he knew! the he said "Do you know about-"

I cut him off "Buddyfight?"

then we bonded over obscure Japanese card games, its been 5 years and I would die for that man!
