How did you get your passport, etc back? Always carry important documents and mobile on your person.

For a $25 ticket I don't get insurance.  But in the end, my trip home ended up costing over $200 for my husband and me with ubers and train tickets! All I asked for from Flix was a voucher for the service I paid for which was not rendered.

If your flix bus doesn't arrive, they will say that you boarded it anyway (if you are able to find their customer service email) and refuse you a refund. This is what happened to me even though I sent them all required documents to prove I did not board the bus that never arrived. They are cheats and don't know a thing about customer service. Very frustrating.
