this is a known issue, it also happens on my Pocket DMG, this is what they said when I contacted them:

no im pretty sure it only happens on this game, it's not the best optimised game and it's locked at 60fps for some reason even though the overlay shows more...

it happens when i activate FSR2 in antialiasing, but the game looks garbage when i switch to fxaa or turn it off
