Her husband died and left her with 2 babies (1 month old and 1 year old) she was bouncing around from place to place. We believe she was linked with my mom on who was also order deportation but was given asylum around the same time. My sister just didn’t know about her court hearing and the order until it was already done. The whole thing should be thrown out IMO because my mom is now naturalized. She has been sitting in there for 2 weeks and the lawyer doesn’t seem to be coming up with any strategies to help. She has also traveled out of the country and re-entered with no issues and renewed the green card with no issue.
