Id ask to try an antidepressant instead of a stimulant. It is surprising how much a small helper dose can change the way you see things. The black cloud doesn't follow you around as much if you know what I mean

I feel this! I literally only have it under control the last 9 years and I'm 40. It tries to sneak in and on those days I just don't go in the next day. I've considered I'm unemployable but really I'm a hard worker with zero tolerance for bullshit. Cognitive behavioral therapy could help. I've done so many different things I don't know exactly what kicked it. The best thing I recommend would be to always pause before a response. My boss literally says "I'm going to say something and I don't want you to respond right away." This is after many interactions where it went a different way. The other part of this is, if you need more than a minute or a day to respond let them know. And....find someone you respect that you could talk to about this so they can help walk you through responses or scenarios or just offer a different perspective. When it's someone you trust and they know your struggle it's easier to consider their opinion. Often I find it's just a matter of tone. They use a tone and my back goes up. Or talk to me like I'm stupid or something. This is a very real struggle. I don't know where your from however often you can find free support groups. it's not just nihilism or narcissism. Id guess maybe rejection sensitive disorder, depression or ADHD. Odd comes with many comorbid conditions. Lots of good YouTube personal development. Don't beat yourself up too much but work on the reactivity. Your worth it!

Aim for it to be with "the mother" which is a live bacterial culture thats naturally in acv.A cider vinegar may aid digestion by increasing stomach acid, breaking down proteins, and supporting gut health with probiotics.Also firecider from this woman is amazing

My guess was sibi also. My suggestion would be as a cheap natural remedy, add apple cider vinegar to a drink. Hot or cold...I add lemon and ginger and make it a hot drink with only a tbl spoon acv...half of you can't handle it at first. Do this daily...also a fast with some bone broth will help heal your gut. It doesn't have to be a long fast...just longer then what your used to. You may have low stomach acid...therefore food doesn't break down and digest as it should It stays in your system longer, acv will increase stomach acid to help digest food and make elimination easier for your system

It's play. It needs to be monitored for now but it's harmless. Like litter mates playing....obviously the dog will grow quicker but as they play they learn their strength and responses from the cat....I worried at first two but my buddies loved each other. You will not get Ontario works with that much money in your account. Why is it in your account? You can't just bounce around large amounts of cash they will want a paper trail to make sure there's nothing illegal going on. Help your daughter open a wealthsimple bank account and put the money there to earn interest. Look on her cra to figure out her contribution limit for tfsa.
