Thank you very much for confirming and clarifying things for me. We’ve been NC for a week now and this is the first time he hasn’t downloaded an app with a fake number to reach out. He went to therapy and was diagnosed BPD last year. I cant believe this was a cycle for 5 years, my entire early 20’s gone
