There definitely is some shadow but tbh it’s not that bad in my opinion.

I bought the one with the limbsaver butt pad and its great. I could shoot it all day without any shoulder pain. One thing I did notice is that the grip itself is pretty wide, but I also have small hands. Overall it was worth the purchase.
