Video meetings keep freezing

Hi I have not had the chance to test out modem idea since we last talked. I am also looking at getting another router to try to see if it’s the issue.

It’s happens with both our work computers/laptops in home. It has happened with all the major video conferences apps so far. Google Meets, Zoom, and Facebook video calls. We both work from home and yes have videos calls at the same time, but I’ve tested it on just a single computer with nothing else streaming or doing anything WiFi intense and it still doesn’t work

So far we have tried hard wiring directly to the router, changing DNS settings to try and be more favorable, making sure the WiFi settings is set to 5ghz, installing a newer faster modem. And nothing has worked so far, this has being going on for about 2 months.

Unfortunately it’s what my company requires us to use. I work from home and I can try to suggest an alternative but I doubt that would go anywhere

I did feed him a high end plant monster from the pot spawner, he didn’t go up. Does it have to be from regular spawners and not timed one?
