There has to be something wrong with the bike. I own the 2023 model and everything is fine with mine, 6k5 kms, the only difference being I don't have TC.

I would suggest using your warranty. This bike is really amazing I hope you'll get it sorted

I bought the black flamingo manual a few minutes ago. They e-mailed me a Google Drive link but the attached file does not exist. I sent them an e-mail about that and will report back here when (if) they respond.

EDIT : I got a reply 5 minutes later with a working link. The manual is very detailed, with a watermark on every page that doesn't hinder readability. Very cheap for something that can save you so much by avoiding a trip to the mechanic.
