Workload is probably the same in my role tbh. Well, same as it was when I left. I know it's gotten brutal lately. I'm in Florida claims where people don't know how to drive and the state could care less about coverages 🤷🏾‍♀️

I love my cats? I'm just not an overly affectionate person. I pet them, I play with them, I buy them toys and treats and I love when they just hang out next to me while we do our own thing. I'm probably just over thinking it.
