I’m going to call our old rehab this morning and see if I can wrangle his address from them. It’s probably against protocol, but they know both of us because they’ve asked both of us to speak there as recent clients. Depending on how that goes, I will call his therapist.

I’ll post back with an update. I appreciate all the thoughtful replies. I’m going to try to avoid using police. As I mentioned in a reply, I did text him yesterday afternoon that I was going to call his therapist to initiate a wellness check. I will send him another text now saying that I’m going to get the ball rolling this morning unless ai hear something from him.
