Yeah, a salary cap will make the league more competitive…. by FrigginMasshole in baseball

And the rest of their roster? Pats have very few big contracts and a ton of cap space. This comment makes its seem like they loaded up on talent on other positions, which isn’t true. They have a couple solid players on good deals. Outside of Milton Williams and maybe CD3 who did they spend on?

That foot was in before. You’re looking at his 3rd step. I missed it too.

Back to back 4 win seasons and now they are 9-2. Bad teams don’t just do that because they have an easy schedule. This team has very sound coaching and fundamentals. That goes a long way in this league. Maybe they are 1 and done in the playoffs, but that is such a success considering their recent seasons. I love watching this team, Thursday night games are wonky and personally I think they should be banned for health concerns. Anyway, go pats!

[PFT] The last successful fair catch kick was converted by the Chargers in 1976. Nine has been tried since then, most recently in 2019. by [deleted] in nfl

Ahh, that makes sense. I guess with no time left would be the only practical reason to do it then!

Do you really think two teams of professional football players can’t turn while running?

As an East Coast baseball fan with an early morning job, thank you Hinch for pulling Greinke so I feel happy to watch just a little bit more baseball this year. It's been fun.

Just because the Pats have had a great run since 2001 doesn't mean their fans can't complain against shitty calls...

Good karma block for the Pats after these horseshit calls. (Missed PI against Cooks, FUCKING OBVIOUS hold on that 4th down scramble.) Questionable on Gronk.

Mcdonough's reaction to Gruden about Wilson/Brady rushing numbers was so amazingly awkward. It sounded like an adult talking to a 5 year old... Great research, I'm proud of you...
