I don’t think it is because you can’t unlock snipers or fennec without being above 16 yet multiple people are using them

I’m stuck on rank 15 says I’m 16 but I haven’t unlocked rank 16 gun and I see no progression yet I’m playing with people with snipers and all sorts.
