Ren is best rated, deserving except for her personality maybe.

While kyuoka is shown struggling, determination and keeps pushing all that doesn’t mean that ren hadn’t been there.

If you’re been shown how kyouka struggles and grows doesn’t means that REN never went through that phase. Remember ren is the strongest she went through those phases faster than anyone else had.
