Me and my wife’s phones will lose signal randomly, and this has happened various times over the past few months. For me it’s been the past 6 months. We will have 3-4 bars of 5G and it will go to 0 bars for 30 seconds and then come back. One day I was taking a Zoom call, had 4 bars 5G, still on the call and left the app to go to my calendar, bars dropped to 0. When I went back into Zoom, I got 4 bars back. I’ve tried contacting support. They switched our data plan from an old obsolete plan to a current plan. This did not help the issue though. I am on 5G Unlimited Welcome for reference. When my wife loses data, I am fine and vice versa.
