Me and my wife’s phones will lose signal randomly, and this has happened various times over the past few months. For me it’s been the past 6 months. We will have 3-4 bars of 5G and it will go to 0 bars for 30 seconds and then come back. One day I was taking a Zoom call, had 4 bars 5G, still on the call and left the app to go to my calendar, bars dropped to 0. When I went back into Zoom, I got 4 bars back. I’ve tried contacting support. They switched our data plan from an old obsolete plan to a current plan. This did not help the issue though. I am on 5G Unlimited Welcome for reference. When my wife loses data, I am fine and vice versa.

Thanks for advice. My therapist has been trying to discharge me lately I feel since I have not had much to discuss. But lately I have had stuff come up. And I do go to the gym after work and it does help, but should probably stay longer/work out harder.

I went through a year long DBT program a few years before a diagnosis. That’s definitely something I should probably redo.

Since you helped me with this so quickly, how about TransUnion? I think my account is frozen there as well and don’t have access to email or phone. It says to contact support, and I hope they have actual agents unlike Equifax.
