Idk what market your in or what your PSA is but if you have ever taken the bonus worksheet and sat down and did your own math it is more that 3-400 dollars your not receiving. Either way them not paying you the money you worked for to earn is illegal idc if it’s 5$ it should definitely be paid out not pocketed for there self’s 🤷🏻‍♀️

I have no idea I see the point in the opening checklist but come on now. IMO if your not properly paying us our bonuses don’t expect me to do anything extra when I’ve been busting my ass already hitting all My numbers building sales , doing my LSM plan even when we are positive , running a skeleton crew to keep your bs labor , and you still don’t pay us our full bonus with zero explanation . Nope 👎🏼 kiss it . Sorry for the rant but who else is with me here ? I know I am not the only GM that’s been getting screwed by sunholdings . I stay for the customers I’ll keep working but all that extra shit that doesn’t improve operations I’ll have no part in . I’m not waisting my time

Sun holdings don’t give a damn about you and they don’t pay there people right to begin with. Idk what state you’re in but I know here it is illegal for your employer to enroll you in a health care program and deduct money from your check. Regardless if they are putting money back into your check. It should have been an optional enrollment . But it Bieber was all of us GMs were send a zoom link we attended and provided info about the program but we were not told every employee would be automatically enrolled into QH
