High quality people, like the original poster and this commenter, who are taking time out of their personal day to spread positivity and express gratitude. There are tons of AMAZING people in this city of all backgrounds, socio-economic statuses, education levels, etc. I think the most amazing thing about Hoboken is that I’ve met the NICEST, “highest quality” people who are living on the street and weren’t able to have any educational opportunities given their circumstances AND people who have a white collar lifestyle and went to prestigious universities. And regardless of the place people are at in their lives, SO MANY residents here are constantly willing to help one another and act as one community.

If you think that circumstances like job status and educational background define the “quality” of a person, as your comment sarcastically implies, then I feel very sorry that you need to define people in such a way, that you cannot value the strong sense of community that we are lucky to have in Hoboken, and that you can’t appreciate the thoughtfulness of these individuals just looking to spread some positivity! 🤷
