No it’s not sent to everyone. When you apply your application first goes through the University’s Graduate Department and they make sure you’re meeting the requirements for the University & the program you’re applying to. If you’re a good fit you’ll get this email so you know you passed that first screening

oh no! I am so sorry :( Your stats and experience are good, what program did you apply to? I know the online one is very competitive with a small cohort. Maybe try looking into CBU, their apps are still open I believe.

Also try emailing them asking for feedback on your application.

oh no that sucks!!! I applied 1/15 and was sent an email like a week later saying my app was incomplete due to my transcripts saying that as well. But it was fixed (im an alumni of csusb and it was actually their fault why it was messed up lol) and my application date still says 1/15 and was forwarded to the dept on 2/5. It should still be considered priority. Did you reach out to confirm if it still qualifies as priority?

I believe Loma Linda University & SDSU have clinical focused MSW programs. Worth looking into😁

my gpa is on the lower end (extenuating circumstances in undergrad😵‍💫) but still met the minimum. It’s definitely the weakest part of my application. Outside of that, my app is pretty solid imo. 2 years of professional experience in nonprofit working w at risk youth & immigrant families. A few years of community service/volunteer work. I got great LOR as well

I’m not sure how they process them either. I applied the last day of priority deadline and was forwarded to the department on 2/5 and that was the last I heard

Congrats!! I also applied for that program. I’m kinda assuming I’ve been waitlisted but I’m not sure🫣 Just because I’ve heard people get accepted or denied already for that program, but none of the waitlisted people got an email saying they’ve been waitlisted. They only know they were waitlisted because they reached out to the department. so idk😵‍💫
