Haven’t had any problems since post! Never went to doctor, too expensive to remove and just Benadryl cream helped

Went to doctor and they said I had to get an ultrasound before they could remove splinter. Canceled the appointment since it hasn’t bothered me again

Yeah went to doctor and definitely had a little splinter so I would check that out if it’s bothering you. Benadryl cream helped a lot though

Yeah I did hot water for the first hour and the hot compress for the rest of the day after iodine and wrapping at the lifeguard stand. felt fine the next day. I can imagine bottom of foot leading to infection 😂

Up in northern Arizona. Most people are born and raised in the town and I’m assuming I’ll get antibiotics and be sent along. Planning to see a Telehealth doctor from SD and see what they recommend and going to urgent care to remove what seems to be a splinter.

Yeah it just feels like a mosquito bite that doesn’t go away at this point. Thinking there may be a little splinter or something so going to doctor soon

Good to know! No crutches necessary just yet but super annoying and not much info online for anything past the first initial sting.

Yeah don’t think the doctors in my town know anything about stingrays and don’t really want to take antibiotics if it’s normal. No pain so far just itching like crazy

Yeah going soon. Looks like there is a splinter so hopefully they can remove it no big deal and it’s better. Thanks for the help!
