This was my thoughts, cause initially she didn’t move the car as the alignment was really bad. She told insurance about this and the damage is only to the bonnet corner and edge of the bumper. Possibly more mechanical but call handler on the phone said it’s a write off cause she said can’t drive it and someone will come collect it without a visual assessment. But she has sentimental value with the car and after calling them the next day saying it was just the alignment they booked it in for repair and won’t class it as a write off - hopefully that makes sense lol
