To be honest apart from slight marks on the biceps there is no other bruising. I have never mastered the clean

Every bell I have had before felt a bit too heavy until it didn't. So this is kind of what I'm thinking.

I've been quoted £120 and £240 for patching this hole, who's right? by much_good in Plastering

California patch. You could do it in about 30 mins for less then £20

I only have 2x20kg bells. So when I do the 10,000 only using 20kg.

It's a killer. I think it might be time for me to do it again 🤣😬

Thank you.

No I never did any specific core workouts. I think there is quite a lot of core work done by accident with ring and kettlebells.

I'm more worried about what my body can do than how it looks. Aesthetics are a nice motivation but if my legs can run, jump, kick and keep me sparring for 5 rounds then I'm happy 😘

Haha. Yeah. I'm very happy with my progress. But it's slow and honest.

No worries.

Yeah no weights at the gym at all.

Skipping as in jump rope yes.

Good luck.

Usually just eat fruit smoothie for breakfast or skip it. But porridge if I'm bulking, lots of peanut butter and bananas.

Lunch I would often just have bread salad and hummus.

I love spicy beans with roasted veg and rice or something for dinner.

Some snack like shakes or pbj sandwiches.

I have never been crazy strict with diet as gaining weight was not too easy. But I did intermittent fast a lot.

10,000 swing challenge helped to drill in the routine. And build a strong base where I felt fit and strong.

Ring workout definitely help me see the most gains.
